Location: Minto, NSW

Payrate: $50 - $55 per hour inclu

Shift: Day shift – 6am starts

About the Role:

We are a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Minto seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker or 2^nd Class Welder to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong MIG welding skills with sheet metal fabrication experience.

Duties include:

• MIG welding of mild steel and stainless-steel components
• Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
• Sheet metal cutting, folding, and assembly
• Operating hand and power tools safely
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in MIG welding (essential)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
